Tyson graduated Loyalist College in 1998, with a Land Surveyor Technician diploma. Since graduating he has successfully worked for an Engineering and Survey company before partnering with Chris and incorporating their own company. He has completed many residential construction projects while still employed as a surveyor.

Chris graduated from a two-year Civil Engineering Technician program at Canadore College in 1992.  This program provided him with a great foundation in residential construction and engineering.  In 1994, he decided to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering degree at Ryerson University.  Upon his graduation he was employed by a large General Contractor as a Project Manager.  In 2000, he relocated to the Barrie/Orillia area where he worked as a Professional Engineer for the next twenty-three years at a Surveying and Consulting Engineering company.  Chris worked on many residential, commercial, and institutional developments providing municipal engineering expertise.  His true passion has always been construction, and with many renovation projects and new home building under his belt.  As co-owner of PH Engineering and Builders Inc., Chris will be able to incorporate his knowledge of engineering related construction and his passion for building, where he takes pride in his finished product.
